If that does not clear the jam:
1 Turn off the printer.
2 Remove the printer from the 250-sheet drawer.
3 Removed the jammed paper and discard it.
4 Reinstall the printer on the 250-sheet drawer.
5 Turn on the printer.
6 Resend your print job.
