The sensor (right tamper HP)
does not detect that the tamper
has reached home position.
1. Check all the connections on
the output option controller
card.
2. Check the tamper drive belt
for damage and replace if
needed.
3. Replace the right tamper
motor assembly.
Go to “SFP stapler assembly
tamper drive motor
assembly removal” on
page 4-180.
4. Replace the sensor (tamper
HP).
Go to “SFP stapler assembly
sensor (tamper HP left and
right) removal” on
page 4-187.
4. Replace the output option if
problem remains.
