We recommend ordering new charge rolls when toner fog or background shading appears on printed
pages. Order Lexmark part number 40X0127.To order a charge roll, contact the place where you

Ordering a transfer roller
Order Lexmark part number 40X0130.To order a transfer roller, contact the place where you bought
the MFP for more information.
Ordering pick rollers
Order Lexmark part number 40X0070. To order pick rollers, contact the place where you bought the
MFP for more information.
Order new pick rolls when the paper fails to properly feed from the tray.
When ordering pick rollers, you need one set per input tray excluding the multipurpose feeder.
