Command : RMT-LPA-COM:BSC=a,BTS=b,SHELF=c,COM=d,CLS=e;

a : BSC Number(00~11)

b : BTS Number(00~47)

c : SHELF Number(0~5)

d : Combiner Number(0~2)

e : Class(HARDRST,ISOLAT,UNISOL)
