Grilling fi sh and seafood guide
1 Place fi sh and seafood on the rack.
2 Whole fi sh should be scored diagonally on both sides before grilling.
3 Brush fi sh and seafood with melted butter, margarine or oil before and during cooking, (this helps stop the fi sh
drying out).
4 Grill for times recommended in the guide below.
5 Whole fi sh and fi sh steaks should be carefully turned over halfway grilling time. If desired thick fi llets can also be
turned halfway.
