How to start LG HomeChat
Step 1. Install LINE
Please check if “LINE” application is installed on your
mobile device, and if not, search and install “LINE”
from your application market(Google Play Store,
Apple App Store, etc.).
Additional data charges may occur if installed
over 3G/4G, according to your device plan.

Step 2. Adding LG HomeChat as a
friend on LINE
1. Launch LINE and tap “More > Official Accounts”
button!
2. Find “LG HomeChat” from the list or search for
“LG HomeChat” through search function and
select it!
3. Add “LG HomeChat” as friend, and you are ready
to chat with LG HomeChat.
Step 3. Agree to Service Terms and
Conditions
1. Please tap the Terms and Conditions link in your
LG HomeChat conversations.
2. Please confirm your age. (Age requirements
may vary for different countries.)
3. Read our terms and conditions, check off the
boxes, and tap the “I Agree” button.
For a safe appliance control, LG HomeChat
does not allow service to young children.
Please make sure young children do not use
LG HomeChat service.

Step 4. Connect audio to LG
HomeChat
1. To control your home appliance(s) through
HomeChat, you need to make sure that the
smart device installed Music Flow Player and
the speaker are connected to the same Wi-Fi
network and first register your speaker. Enter
“Register” for a link for product registration.
If you haven’t installed Music Flow Player app
already, refer to Installing “Music Flow Player”
App on page 21.
2. Click the audio button to connect product(s)
registered to Music Flow Player to LG HomeChat.
(For a pop-up asking for app install on Android”s
KitKat version, tap “yes”)
3. Product(s) with “Available” displayed on the
right is available for LG HomeChat service.
Select product(s) you wish to connect to LG
HomeChat, and tap “next”.
4. Connection successfully completed! Tap “Return
to LG HomeChat Conversations” and chat with
your product(s)!
Step 5. Use LG HomeChat
1. Call “Audio” to give command(s). Enter “Audio
What”s on now?” or “Audio Status” to check
current status of your audio.
2. Enter “Audio Commands” or “Audio Help” to see
the list of audio key functions and command
short-keys.
