Troubleshooting before calling for service

Symptom Confirmation Procedures

The rate of water

decreasing in the

water tank is slowing

or not decreasing at

all.

• Is the humidiﬁ er ﬁ lter correctly inserted in the tray? • Assemble the humidiﬁ er ﬁ lter hook and tray assembly

part by aligning them.

• Is there a high level of alien particles in the

humidiﬁ er ﬁ lter?

• Clean the humidiﬁ er ﬁ lter.

If the ﬁ lter is too dirty, replace the ﬁ lter.

• Is it raining or is the indoor temperature too low? • The water in the water tank is decreasing slowly

because the humidiﬁ er amount is small.

Humidity level does

not increase.

• Is the room too wide? • Use the product by referring to the applied area.

• Is there water in the water tank? • Fill up water in the water tank.

• Is there a high level of alien particles in the

humidiﬁ er ﬁ lter?

• Clean the humidiﬁ er ﬁ lter.

If the ﬁ lter is too dirty, replace the ﬁ lter.

• Even within the same space, the level of humidity can

vary based on the location of the product.

There is water in the

water tank but [No

• Is the ﬂ oat hanging within the tray? • Pull out and clean the tray and remove any scaling or

alien particles around the ﬂ oat.

• Is the front panel open? • Close the front panel.

• Is the water tank or tray assembled correctly in the

main unit?

• Assemble the water tank or tray correctly in the main

unit.
