PROBLEM CAUSE & SOLUTION
No power. The power cord is disconnected. Plug the power cord into the wall
outlet securely.
The system cable is disconnected. Connect the system cable.
No sound. The speaker wires are disconnected. Check the speaker connections.
The MASTER VOLUME is adjusted too low. Adjust the MASTER
VOLUME.
• MUTE button is pressed to ON. Press MUTE button to cancel the
muting e ect.
The selected decoding mode is not matched to the input signal
format. Select the available decoding mode.
Incorrect selection of input source. Select the desired input source
correctly.
Incorrect connections between the components. Make connections
correctly.
No backlighting. • DIMMER is pressed to ON. Press DIMMER again to cancel the
dimmer e ect.
The sleep timer is set. Check the sleep timer. Press SLEEP on the
remote control to check the sleep timer. To cancel the sleep timer,
press SLEEP until the backlightings light up.
