Control Panel
Control Panel Features
Locations of Surface Elements and Controls
The position of the cooking zone being controlled is shown in each cooking zone icon on the control panel.
The diagram below is for the 36" cooktop. The 30" control panel only includes 4 cooking zone icons.
Throughout this manual, features and appearance may vary from your model.
Hot Surface Indicator

POWER
Press and hold for 1 second to turn
the entire cooktop ON. When it is
ON, the cooktop is in standby
mode until a cooking zone is
activated.

Cooking
Zone
Check the status of a cooking zone
and adjust the cooking zone. For
details, see "Operating
Instructions".

Simmer
Press the Simmer key with the
cooking zone selected to simmer
sauces or stews.
The Simmer indicator below each
cooking zone remains off until
activated.

Timer
Press to set a timer. For details,
see "Operating Instructions".

Pause
Sets the active cooking zone to
minimum output. Press to activate
or deactivate.

Power
Level
Select the power level for the
cooking zone.

Wi-Fi
Connect the appliance to a home
Wi-Fi network.

Flexible
Press to activate the Flex mode.

Cooking Zone".

Control
Lock
Press and hold for 3 seconds to
lock the control panel.
Control Panel
Light On/Off
The LEDs on the control panel turn
off after a few minutes to save
energy. Press the POWER button
to activate the control panel. If the
controls are idle for a few minutes,
the LEDs will turn off again
automatically.
