3D
Surround
This
unit
can
produce
a
3D
Surround
effect,
which
simulates
multi-channel
audio
playback
from
two
conventional
stereo
speakers,
instead
of
the
five
or
more
speakers
normally
required
to
listen
to
multi-
channel
audio
from
a
home
theater
system.

during
playback.

to
select
NORM.

repeatedly
until
the desired
sound
is
selected.

To
turn
off
the
3D
Surround
effect,
press
SOUND
again
to
select
"NORM".
Marker
Search
You
can
start
playback
from
a
memorized
point.
Up
to
five
points
can
be
memorized.
To
enter
a
mark,
follow
these
steps.
1
During
disc
playback,
press
MARKER
when
playback
reaches
the
spot
that
you
want
to
memorize.
The
Marker
icon
will
appear
on
the
TV
screen
briefly.

Repeat
step
1
to
enter
up
to
five
Marker
points
on
a
disc.
To
Recall
or
clear
a
Marked
Scene
1
During
disc
playback,
press
SEARCH.
The
MARKER
SEARCH
menu
will
appear
on
the
screen.

Press
1/2/3/4
to
select
a
Marker
that
you
want
to
recall
or
clear.

Press
PLAY
or
SELECT/ENTER
to
recall
a
marker.
Or
press
CLEAR
to
clear
a
marker.
Play
resumes
from
the
point
corresponding
to
the
selected
marker,
or
the
selected
marker
is
cleared.

To
remove
the
MARKER
SEARCH
menu,
press
PLAY
or
SELECT/ENTER.
Random
play
Note
This
function
only
works
with
karaoke
DVD
and
with
audio
CD
discs.
Random
does
not
work
with
DVD
movies.
You
can
playback
titles,
or
tracks
in
random
order.
(Random
playback)
The
DVD
player
automatically
selects
the
titles
in
a
DVD
video
karaoke
disc
only
and
plays
them
back
random.
Random
play
(DVD)

Press
RANDOM
during
stop.
The
DVD
player
starts
random
playback.
If
you
press
RANDOM
during
normal
playback,
the
DVD
player
will
randomly
select
another
title
and
begin
random
playback
immediately.

resume
normal
playback,
press
RANDOM.
Random
play
(VCD/CD)
The
player
plays
the
tracks
on
the
disc
in
random
order.

Press
RANDOM
during
stop.
The
random
playback
screen
appears
on
the
TV
screen.
If
you
press
the
RANDOM
button
during
normal
playback,
the
DVD
player
immediately
selects
another
track
and
begins
random
playback.

resume
normal
playback,
press
RANDOM
during
random
playback.
Notes
Random
playback
may
not
be
possible
on
certain
discs
or
VCDs
(Version2.0).
If
you
press
the
FORWARD
button
during
random
playback,
the
DVD
player
goes
to
another
track
randomly
and
starts
playback.

Features
Checking
the
contents
of
DVD
Video
discs:
Menus
DVDs
may
contain
menus
that
allow
you
to
access
special
features.
To
use
the
disc
menu,
press
DISC
MENU.
Then,
press
the
appropriate
numerical
button
to
select
an
item.
Or,
use
the
1/2/3/4
buttons
to
highlight
your
selection,
then
press
SELECT/ENTER.
Title
Menu
1
Press
TITLE.
If
the
current
title
has
a
menu,
the
menu
will
appear
on
the
screen.
Otherwise,
the
disc
menu
may
appear.

The
menu
can
list
camera
angles,
spoken
language
and
subtitle
options,
and
chapters
for
the
title.

To
remove
the
title
menu,
press
TITLE
again.
