(Skip): Press to search backward* or return to the beginning of current chapters/ tracks/ files or go to the previous chapters/ tracks/ files.
Remote Control SCAN (m/M): Searches backward or forward. b SETUP: Accesses or exits the setup menu. a MENU: Accesses the DVD menu. vV b B: Navigates the menus. ENTER ( ): Confirms menu selection. RETURN (O): Press to move backwards in the menu or exit the menu. b DISPLAY: Accesses or exits On-Screen Display. c Put the Battery into the Remote Control Pinch the battery holder clip together then pull the tab to remove the battery holder.
Connecting the Automotive adapter Power connections Connecting the AC Adapter Connect the supplied AC Adapter from the unit to a power socket. Plug into the car’s cigarette lighter socket. Plug into a power source. Plug into the “DC 12V IN” jack. * The actual set may differ from the drawing. This unit and its automotive adapter are designed for use in vehicles that have 8.5 - 15 volt, negative ground electrical systems. This is standard for most vehicles.
Attaching the Battery Pack • When the remaining time of the battery power is under a few seconds, “ Check Battery” will appear on the screen. The following picture shows how to attach or dettach the battery pack. You can attach or dettach the battery pack as the following Attach Revolving the LCD panel You can revolve the LCD panel of the unit clockwise a maximum of 180 degrees for use. You can also operate the unit after revolving the LCD panel 180 degrees and folding it back down.
Hooking up the unit Adjust the settings Audio and Video Connections to your TV Connect the AV OUT jack on the unit to the corresponding input jacks on your TV as shown below.
Adjust the display settings Adjust the others settings TV Aspect – Select which screen aspect to use based on the shape of your TV screen. REC Bitrate – You can choose a bit rate for USB direct recording. Higher bit rate gives the better sound quality but uses more space on the USB Flash Drive. For USB direct recording, see page 15. [4:3]: Select when a standard 4:3 TV is connected. [16:9]: Select when a 16:9 wide TV is connected.

Pause a playback ALL Viewing the title menu Press PAUSE/STEP (X) to pause playback. Press PLAY ( N) to continue playback Press PAUSE/STEP (X) repeatedly to play Frame-by-Frame playback. Playing repeatedly ALL Press REPEAT repeatedly to select an item to be repeated. The current title, chapter or track will be played back repeatedly. To return to normal playback, press REPEAT repeatedly to select [Off].

Using a USB Flash Drive Viewing photo files BUTTON 1 Open the disc lid: CD OPEN . 2 Insert a disc: - 3 Close the disc lid: - Select a photo file on the menu: To go 4 directly to file and play, enter the file number using the numbered buttons (0-9). v V, MENU Display the selected file in full screen: 5 6 Photo information displays on the screen. If you want to hide it, press RETURN (O).

Troubleshooting Symptom No power. Specifications Cause Correction The power cord is disconnected. Plug the power cord into the wall outlet securely. The battery is discharged. Recharge the battery. The power is on, but the unit does not work. No disc is inserted. Insert a disc. No picture. The TV is not set to receive the signal from the unit. Select the appropriate video input mode on the TV. The video cable is not connected securely. Connect the video cable securely.
Enjoying in a car with the Headrest Mounting Bracket Separate the headrest. (Refer to your car’s user guide.) You can enjoy video in the back seat attaching the unit to the back of the front seat. Warnings • The driver must not operate this unit while the vehicle is moving. Do not operate this unit where it can be viewed by the driver. Driver operation or viewing of this unit while the vehicle is moving will cause distraction which may result in serious accident and personal injury or property damage.
