Clear Storage
Allows you to remove all your data
and files from the memory and
reset your device to factory default
settings.
 Tap Start > Setting > System tab
and select Clear Storage.
 After entering your password,
press the Enter.
 Select the check boxes for the
types of memory that you want
to remove.
 Press the Clear.
NOTE:
 A Hard Reset should only be
performed after all other trouble
shooting options have been
exhausted.
 After a hard reset, the device is
restored to its default settings
- the way it was when you first
purchased it and turned it on.
Any programs you installed, data
you entered, and settings you
customized on your device will
be lost.
