Instant Timer Recording
You can set the recording time instantly to stop the
recording automatically.
1. Use CH (
W/S
) to select a programme you
want to record.
2. Press
X
REC. to start recording.
3. While recording, press
A/D
repeatedly to set
the recording duration on recording OSD to
confirm modification.
4. Press ENTER (
b
).
5. Press
Z
to stop recording.

The default recording time is 3hours
(MAX=6hours). Depending on the
remaining capacity of HDD, the recording
time is somewhat exible .
y
If there is drop out or interference with
signal, the recording will be paused and
actual recording time can be less than the
time set on timer.
y
You cannot record radio or blocked
channels.
y
The quality of recording can be different on
the status of the broadcast signal.
y
During the recording, turning off by force
can cause a serious problem on hard disk
drive.
y
Recording can be restarted when contents
status is changed and it’ll separte recording
title into two individual title consequently.

Note
General Playback
Playing Discs
1. Press
B
(OPEN/CLOSE), and place a disc on the
disc tray.
2. Press
B
(OPEN/CLOSE) to close the disc tray.
For most Audio CD, BD-ROM and DVD-ROM
discs, playback starts automatically.
3. Press HOME (
n
).
4. Select [Movie], [Photo] or [Music] using
A/D
,
and press ENTER (
b
).
5. Select the disc icon using
W/S
, and press
ENTER (
b
).
If you want to rescan available media server,
press the green (G) coloured button.
6. Select a le using
W/S/A/D
, and press
d
(PLAY) or ENTER (
b
) to play the le.

Playback functions described in this manual
are not always available in every les and
media. Some functions can be restricted
depending on many factors.

Depending on the BD-ROM titles, a USB
device connection may be needed for
proper playback.
