Electrical Safety
• This appliance must be properly grounded.
To minimize the risk of electric shock, you must always plug into a grounded outlet.
• Do not cut or remove the grounding.
• Attaching the adapter ground terminal to the wall receptacle cover screw does not ground the
appliance unless the cover screw is metal and not insulated, and the wall receptacle is grounded
through the house wiring.
• If you have any doubt whether the air conditioner is properly grounded, check the wall receptacle
and circuit checked by a qualified electrician.

Using the remote control

If the display screen of the remote control begins
to fade, replace the batteries. Insert AAA (1.5 V)
batteries before using the remote control.
Insert the new batteries and make sure the
+ and - terminals of the batteries are installed
correctly.
This feature can be changed according to
type of model.
