RDS
display options
The RDS
system
is
capable
of
transmitting
a wide
variety
of
information in addition to the initial call
sign
that
appears
when a station is first tuned. In normal RDS
operation
the
display
will indicate the station
name,
broadcast network or
call letters.

(Program Identification)
: contains additional information
for
regional program operation

(Traffic Program Identification)
AF
(Alternative frequency)
When the
reception quality drops,
the tuner
automatically
changes
to another station in the
network,
broadcasting
a
better
reception quality, using
the PI and AF codes.
This means : wherever
you
drive,
you
can continue to listen
to the same
program
without
interruptions.
1. Touch the "AF" button.
"On"
appears
on the screen.
2. To
cancel,
touch it
again.
