20 OPERATION
Energy Saving Cooling (On Some
Models)
This function adjusts the desired temperature
during the cooling operation to enhance the
comfort of the user and improve the energy saving
performance.
1 Turn the appliance on.
2 Press the Func. (Function) button repeatedly
to select the Energy Saving Cooling function.
3 Press the Set/Clear button to set the function.
Smart Cleaning (On Some Models)
During the Smart Clean operation, a brush moves
back and forth across the filter to clean it.
Auto Smart Clean Operation
If the accumulated operation time of the product
exceeds 30 hours, the Smart Clean automatically
starts when the indoor unit is turned off.
1 Press the Func. (Function) button repeatedly
to select the Smart Clean function.
2 Press the Set/Clear button to set the function.
NOTE
• If the accumulated operation time of the product
exceeds 30 hours, the Smart Clean
automatically starts when the indoor unit is
turned off.
• To stop this function, press the Set/Clear button
again.
Manual Smart Clean Operation
You can also manually set Smart Clean function.
1 When the indoor unit stops, press the Func.
(Function) button repeatedly to select the
Smart Clean function.
2 Press the Set/Clear button to set the function.
NOTE
• The cleaning process used in the Smart Clean
function may vary by product.
• To stop this function, press the Set/Clear button
again.
Comfort Cooling (On Some Models)
This function cools until it reaches the set
temperature and then automatically controls the
cooling level as needed to maintain that
temperature.
