WARRANTY: Should your LG Refrigerator ("Product") fail due to a defect in materialor workmanship under normal home use during the
warranty period set forth below, LG Canada will at its option repair or replace the Product upon receiptof proof of original retailpurchase.
This warranty is valid only to the original retail purchaser ofthe product and applies only to a Product distributed in Canada by LG Canada or
an authorized Canadian distributorthereof. The warrantyonly applies to Products located and usedwithin Canada.
WARRANTY PERIOD: (Note: If the original date of purchase can not be verified,
the warranty will begin sixty (60) days from the date of manufacture)

SPECIAL,DIRECTOR INDIRECTDAMAGES,LOSSOF GOODWILL,LOSTPROFITS,PUNITIVEOR EXEMPLARYDAMAGESORANYOTHER
DAMAGE,WHETHERARISINGDIRECTLYOR INDIRECTLYFROMANY CONTRACTUALBREACH,FUNDAMENTALOROTHERWISE,OR
FROMANYACTSOR OMISSIONS,TORT,OR OTHERWISE.Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights.Youmayhaveotherrightswhichmayvary
fromprovinceto provincedependingon applicableprovinciallaws.Anytermofthiswarrantythatnegatesor variesanyimpliedconditionorwarranty
underprovinciallawisseverablewhereitconflictswithprovinciallawwithoutaffectingthe remainderofthiswarranty'sterms.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
1. Servicetripsto deliver,pickup,or installthe product;instructinga customeron
operationoftheproduct;repairor replacementof fusesor correctionof wiringor
plumbing,orcorrectionof unauthorizedrepairs/installation.
2. Failureof the productto performduringpowerfailuresand interruptionsor
inadequateelectricalservice.
3. Damagecausedbyleakyorbrokenwaterpipes,frozenwaterpipes,restricted
drainlines,inadequateorinterruptedwatersupplyor inadequatesupplyof air.
4. Damageresultingfromoperatingthe Productina corrosiveatmosphereor
contraryto theinstructionsoutlinedintheProductowner'smanual.
5. Damageto the Productcausedby accidents,pestsandvermin,lightning,wind,
fire,floods,oracts of God.
6. Damageresultingfromthemisuse,abuse,improperinstallation,repair,or
maintenanceof theProduct. Improperrepairincludesuseofpartsnotapproved
orspecifiedby LGCanada.
7. Damageor productfailurecausedby unauthorizedmodificationor alteration,or
useforotherthan itsintendedpurpose,or resultingfromanywaterleakagedue
to improperinstallation.
8. Damageor Productfailurecausedby incorrectelectricalcurrent,voltage,or
plumbingcodes,commercialorindustrialuse,or useof accessories,
components,orcleaningproductsthatare notapprovedbyLG Canada.
9. Damagecausedby transportationandhandling,includingscratches,dents,
chips,and/orotherdamageto thefinishof yourproduct,unlesssuchdamage
resultsfromdefectsin materialsor workmanshipand isreportedwithinone (1)
weekof delivery.
10.Damageormissingitemstoanydisplay,openbox,discounted,orrefurbished
Product.
11.Productswithoriginalserialnumbersthat havebeenremoved,altered,orcannot
bereadilydetermined.ModelandSerialnumbers,alongwithoriginalretailsales
receipt,are requiredfor warrantyvalidation.
12.increasesinutilitycostsandadditionalutilityexpenses.
13.Replacementof lightbulbs,filters,or anyconsumableparts.
14.RepairswhenyourProductis usedinotherthan normalandusualhousehold
use(including,withoutlimitation,commercialuse,inofficesorrecreational
facilities)orcontrarytothe instructionsoutlinedinthe Productowner'smanual.
15.Costsassociatedwithremovalofthe Productfromyour homeforrepairs.
16.Theremovalandreinstallationof the Productif itis installedinan inaccessible
locationor isnotinstalledinaccordancewithpublishedinstallationinstructions,
includingtheProductowner'sandinstallationmanuals.
17.Shelves,doorbins,drawers,handles,andaccessoriesto theProduct.Also
excludedarepartsbesidesthosethatwereoriginallyincludedwiththe Product.
All costs associated with the above excluded circumstances shall be borne by the consumer.
