Guidelines for safe and efficient use

Getting to know your phone













Do not insert or remove the
memory card when the phone
is on. Doing so may damage the
memory card as well as your
phone, and the data stored
on the memory card may be
corrupted.

Your memory card may already
be formatted. If it isn't, you must
format it before you can use it.



On the Home screen, touch the

If you have set a pattern lock, input
the pattern lock then select 

If you do not use the phone for a
while, the screen is turned off and
locked automatically. This helps
to prevent accidental touches and
saves battery power.
When you are not using the LG-
P940, press the Power/Lock key
to lock your phone.
If there are any programs running
when you set lock screen, they
may be still running in Lock mode.
It is recommended that you exit
all programs before entering
