Setting
the
TIMER

This function is
automatically
turned on and off at the time
you
want.

Select
your
desired radio station or
press
CD and load a disc.

Press CLOCK
to
check
the current time.
For
your
reference
If
you
don't set
clock,
timer function doesn't work.

Press TIMER
to enter the timer
setting
mode.
"TIMER ON"
appears
in the
display
window.
"TUN-CD" flash in the
display
window in turn.

Press SET when
the
desired
function
is
flashing.
"TIMER ON"
appears
in the
display
window.
(If you
select
"TUN",
select a station
you
want
by
pressing
TIME
(
/
).

Set the
hour
to switch
on
by pressing
TIME
(/).

to
confirm
the
hour
to switch
on.

Set the minute to switch
on
by pressing

the minute to switch

'TIMER OFF' indicator
appears
in the
display
window.

off

the

to switch

Adjust
the
volume level
by pressing

"TIMER ON TIMER OFF"
appears
in the
display
window and the timer
setting
has been
completed.

Switch the
system
off.
The selected function is
automatically
switched on
and off at the time set.
To
cancel
or
check the timer
Each time the TIMER button is
pressed you
can select
the timer set or cancel. You can also check the timer
setting
status.
To activate or check the
timer,
press
the TIMER
button so that "TIMER ON TIMER OFF"
appears
in the
display
window.
To cancel the
TIMER,
press
the TIMER button so that
"TIMER ON TIMER OFF"
disappears
in the
display
window.
ote
The unit can also set the clock function in
power
off
state.
Other Function
Headphone
Socket

Connect a stereo
headphone plug ( 3.5mm)
into the
headphone jack.

The
speakers
are
automatically
disconnected when
you plug
in the
headphones (not supplied).
Using Microphone
You can
sing
to a music source
by connecting
a
microphone ( 3.5mm)
to the unit.

your microphone

supplied)
to the
MICROPHONE
(MIC)
SOCKET.

DUBBING
This function shows how to record from
tape
to
tape
at
normal
speed
or double
speed.

a
playback tape
to
dub
into
TAPE B DECK
and
insert
a blank
tape
into
TAPE A DECK.

Press HI DUBBING
(
ON/
OFF)
button to
select
normal
speed
or double
speed.

Press TAPE PAUSE
( PAUSE)
and RECORD
( REC)
of TAPE A DECK.

Press TAPE PLAY

of TAPE B DECK.
To
stop dubbing, press
TAPE STOP
