The
AC
Power
Cord
Connection
1
Before
connecting
the
AC
power
cord,
check
that
the
operating
voltage
of
your
unit
is
identical
with
the
voltage
of
your
local
power
supplied.

Connect
one
end
of
the
AC
power
cord
(supplied)
to
the
AC
IN
socket
located
at
the
backside
of
your
unit.

Plug
the
other
end
into
the
wall
outlet.

Unplug
the
AC
power
cord
from
the
wall
outlet
if
you
do
not
to
use
for
an
extended
period
of
time.
Battery
Installation
UNIT
1
Press
and
open
the
battery
cover.

Put
eight
"D"
(R20)
type
batteries
and
four
"AA"
(R6)
type
batteries
into
the
compartment
making
sure
the
and
are
correctly
positioned.

Replace
the
battery
cover.
Remote
Control
1
Press
and
open
the
battery
cover.

Put
two
"AAA"
(R03)
batteries
into
the
compartment.

the
battery

To
avoid
damage
from
possible
battery
leakage,
remove
the
batteries
if
you
do
not
plan
to
use
the
unit
for
an
extended
period
of
time.

When
the
batteries
are
weak,
replace
all
the
batteries
with
new
ones.

AC
power
cord
connect
to
the
wall
outlet,
the
batteries
are
not
worn
out.
Adjusting
the
voltage
(OPTIONAL)
If
your
unit
is
equipped
with
a
voltage
selector
at
the
back
side,
be
sure
to
set
it
to
your
local
power
supplied
before
connecting
the
AC
power
cord.

be

in

you
connect
the
AC
power
cord
to
the
wall
outlet.

POWER
to
turn
the

unit
on.

Speaker
Connection
To
attach the
speaker

Position
the
speaker
guide
slots
with
the
guide
ribs
on
the
unit.

Gently
push
the
speaker
downwards
until
the
speaker
release
lever
automatically
locks
the
speaker
into
place.

Plug
the
right
and
left
speaker
leads
into
the
"R"
speaker
socket
and
"L"
speaker
socket
located
at
the
backside
of
your
main
unit.
To
detach
the
speaker
1
Unplug
the
speaker
leads.
2
Press
the
speaker
release
lever
and
slide
the
speaker
up.
