Whenever possible, cook foods requiring the same cooking temperature together in one oven. •• For optimal performance and energy savings, follow the guides on page 31 for proper rack and pan placements. •• Match the size of the cookware to the amount of food being cooked to save energy when heating. Heating ½ quart of water requires more energy in a 3-quart pot than in a 1-quart pot.

INSTALLATION Installing the Range Unpacking and Moving the Range CAUTION •• You should use two or more people to move and install the range. INSTALLATION Installing the Anti-tip Device Use a level to check your adjustments. Place the level diagonally on the oven rack, and check each direction for level. WARNING Tip - Over Hazard First check direction . A child or adult can tip the range and be killed. Verify the anti-tip bracket has been installed. Ensure the anti-tip bracket is engaged when the range is moved. Do not operate the range without the anti-tip bracket in place.
INSTALLATION 15 •• Allow 2 to 3 ft (61.0 cm to 91.4 cm) of slack in the line so that the range can be moved if servicing is ever necessary. •• The power supply cord and plug should not be modified. If it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet Installed by a qualified electrician. Use the cord/conduit connection plate to install the power cord or conduit. Leave the connection plate as installed for power cord installations.
INSTALLATION 3-Wire Connection : Power Cord 4-Wire Connection : Power Cord WARNING WARNING •• The middle (neutral or ground) wire, which is white, of a 3-wire power cord or a 3-wire conduit has to be connected to the middle post of the main terminal block. The remaining two wires of the power cord or conduit have to be connected to the outside posts of the main terminal connection block. Failure to do so can result in electrical shock, severe personal injury or death.
INSTALLATION 17 4-Wire Connection: Conduit Install the conduit as follows: Remove the conduit connection plate from the rear of the oven and rotate it. The conduit hole (11/8") must be used. First, prepare the conduit wires as shown below. 3-Wire Conduit connection plate 4-Wire or Ground wire Second, install the conduit strain relief. For conduit installations, purchase a strain relief and insert it in the 11/8 in. (2.8 cm) conduit hole.
INSTALLATION Engaging the Anti-tip Device Test Run • Move the range close enough to the opening to plug into the receptacle. Check if the range is properly installed and run a test cycle. • Slide the range into position ensuring that the back leg slides under the anti-tip bracket. The range should sit flush against the back wall when properly installed. 1 Before using the cooktop for the first time, clean it with a ceramic cooktop cleaner. This helps protect the top and makes cleanup easier.

OPERATION Secondary Function Input Guide (Settings, Wi-Fi) Minimum & Maximum Default Settings •• To activate a button’s secondary function, press and hold the center of the button for 3 seconds, not over the name of the secondary function. All of the features listed have a minimum and a maximum time or temperature setting that may be entered into the control. A beep sounds each time a button is pressed.
OPERATION 21 Settings The interior oven light automatically turns on/off when the door is opened and closed. Press Light or knock on the door glass twice to manually turn the oven light on/off. Model LREL6323* The lamp of the oven will turn off after 1 minutes and 30 seconds to save power. NOTE •• The oven light cannot be turned on if the Self Clean (Model LREL6325* / LREL6323*) function is active. Press and hold the Clock for 3 seconds.
OPERATION Setting Convection Auto Conversion (Model LREL6325* / LREL6323*) When using convection bake, convection roast the convection auto conversion feature will automatically convert entered regular baking temperatures to convection baking temperatures. When this feature is enabled, the display will show the actual converted temperature. For example, if you enter a regular recipe temperature of 350°F and press the START button, the display will show the converted temperature of 325˚F.
OPERATION 23 Selecting Fahrenheit or Celsius When the oven reaches its set-temperature, the preheating alarm light flashes 5 times or until the oven door is opened. Set the oven temperature display to show either Fahrenheit (°F) or Celsius (°C) units. The oven defaults to Fahrenheit unless changed by the user. You can activate or deactivate the preheating alarm light. Model LREL6325* Model LREL6325* 1 Press Settings repeatedly until Unit appears in the display.
OPERATION Cook Time (Timed Cook) Changing the Cook Time during Cooking Set the oven to cook for a specific length of time using the Timed Cook feature. This feature can only be used with the Bake, Conv. Bake, Conv. Roast, Air Fry, Frozen Meal, Slow Cook and Favorite Cook modes. Knock twice on the center of the glass panel to reveal the contents of the oven without opening the door. 3 Press Cook Time and +/– buttons to set the baking time. 4 Press Start.
OPERATION Using the Cooktop COOKTOP HOT Indicator Cooking Areas The cooking areas on your range are identified by permanent circles on the glass cooktop surface. For the most efficient cooking, fit the pan size to the element size. Pans should not extend more than 1/2 to 1-inch beyond the cooking area. When a control is turned on, a glow can be seen through the glass cooktop surface. NOTE It is normal for the surface elements to cycle on and off during cooking, even on higher settings.
OPERATION 27 • HI is the highest temperature available. • LO is the lowest temperature available. Turning on the Dual Element There is one dual element located in the left front position. Use the dual element as a dual or single element. 1 2-A Push in the appropriate knob. 2-B Turn the knob clockwise to use it as a Dual unit. Turn the knob counterclockwise to use it as a Single element.
OPERATION Using the Proper Cookware Choosing Cookware The size and type of cookware will influence the settings needed for the best cooking results. Be sure to follow the recommendations for using proper cookware. The cookware material determines how evenly and quickly heat is transferred from the surface element to the pan bottom. The most popular materials available are: Cookware should have flat bottoms that make good contact with the entire surface heating element.
OPERATION 29 Replacing Racks Before Using the Oven NOTE •• Because the oven temperature cycles, an oven thermometer placed in the oven cavity may not show the same temperature that is set on the oven. •• It is normal for the convection fan to run while preheating during a regular bake cycle. •• The convection fan motor may run periodically during a regular bake cycle. •• The fan turns off if the door is left open during baking. The fan turns back on automatically once the door is closed.
OPERATION Baking Tips Tips for Convection Baking •• Baking time and temperature will vary depending on the characteristics, size, and shape of the baking pan used. •• Check for food doneness at the minimum recipe time. •• Use metal bakeware (with or without a nonstick finish), heatproof glass-ceramic, ceramic or other bakeware recommended for oven use. •• Dark metal pans or nonstick coatings will cook food faster with more browning.
OPERATION 31 Baking results will be better if baking pans are centered in the oven as much as possible. If cooking on multiple racks, place the oven racks in the positions shown.
OPERATION Broil Smoking The Broil function uses intense heat from the upper heating element to cook food. Broiling works best for tender cuts of meat, fish, and thinly cut vegetables. Some models may feature a hybrid broiler consisting of an inner broiler that utilizes a carbon heating element which provides instantaneous heat, and a traditional outer broiling element. During normal broiler operation, it is normal for either element to cycle off intermittently.
OPERATION 33 The size, weight, thickness, starting temperature, and your preference of doneness will affect broiling times. This guide is based on meats at refrigerator temperature. OPERATION Tips for Broiling Beef Setting the Warm Function after a Timed Cook (Model LREL6325*) •• Steaks and chops should always be allowed to rest for five minutes before being cut into and eaten. This allows the heat to distribute evenly through the food and creates a more tender and juicy result. 1 Select the cooking function. 2 Enter the oven temperature using the number keys or the +/- keys.
OPERATION 35 Sabbath mode is typically used on the Jewish Sabbath and Holidays. When the SABBATH mode is activated, the oven does not turn off until the SABBATH mode is deactivated. In SABBATH mode, all function buttons, except for the CLEAR/OFF are inactive. Sb will appear in both the cooktop and oven displays. NOTE •• If the oven light is turned ON and the SABBATH mode is active, the oven light will turn OFF.
OPERATION Remote Start (Model LREL6325* / LREL6323* / LREL6321*) Remotely starts or stops the preheating function of the appliance. The appliance must be connected to a home Wi-Fi network to use Remote Start. Setting Remote Start 1 Open the oven door and make sure that the oven is empty. 2 Press the Remote Start button to enable the function. 3 Start the preheat function on the oven from the LG ThinQ app.
OPERATION 37 Setting the Air Fry Function Foods high in fat will smoke when using the Air Fry mode. For best results, follow these recommendations when air frying foods that are high in fat, such as chicken wings, bacon, sausage, hot dogs, turkey legs, lamb chops, ribs, pork loin, duck breasts, or some plant-based proteins. 1 Press Air Fry. 400 °F appears in the display.
OPERATION Air Fry Cook Guide - Air Fry Tray • Arrange food evenly in a single layer. • Put a foil-lined broiler pan on a rack in position 2 to catch drips. If needed, add parchment paper to absorb oil and reduce smoking. • Flip food over during cooking to avoid burning it. * High-fat items may produce more smoke when cooked using Air Fry. For less smoke, cook using Convection Roast mode. Recommended Items Approx.

SMART FUNCTIONS SMART FUNCTIONS LG ThinQ Application Before Using LG ThinQ Application 1 This feature is only available on models with the or logo. •• If the distance between the appliance and the wireless router is too far, the signal becomes weak. It takes long time to register or fails to install the application. The LG ThinQ application allows you to communicate with the appliance using a smartphone.
SMART FUNCTIONS 41 •• The wireless network name (SSID) should be a combination of English letters and numbers. (Do not use special characters.) •• Smartphone user interface (UI) may vary depending on the mobile operating system (OS) and the manufacturer. •• If the security protocol of the router is set to WEP, network setup may fail. Change the security protocol (WPA2 is recommended), and register the product again.
SMART FUNCTIONS Smart Diagnosis™ Feature This feature is only available on models with the or icon. Use this feature to help you diagnose and solve problems with your appliance. NOTE •• For reasons not attributable to LGE’s negligence, the service may not operate due to external factors such as, but not limited to, WiFi unavailability, Wi-Fi disconnection, local app store policy, or app unavailability.
MAINTENANCE 43 Cleaning the Glass-Ceramic Cooktop CAUTION • Do not use scrub pads or abrasive cleaning pads. They may damage your cooktop surface. • For your safety, wear an oven mitt or pot holder while using a scraper on the hot cooking surface. Use ceramic cooktop cleaner on the glass cooktop. Other creams may not be as effective or may scratch, damage or stain the cooktop surface.
MAINTENANCE Maintaining the Cooktop DO NOT use chlorine bleach, ammonia, or other cleaners not specifically recommended for use on glass-ceramic cooktops. CAUTION Cookware with rough or uneven bottoms can mark or scratch the cooktop surface. Let your glass-ceramic cooking surface cool off before cleaning. Wipe off with a damp towel and mild detergent Apply cooktop cleaning cream. Use a metal scraper Rinse with a damp towel, then wipe dry.

MAINTENANCE 5 Spray or pour the remaining water (8 oz or 250 ml) onto the bottom center of the oven cavity. The indentation on the oven bottom should be fully covered to submerge all soils. Add water if necessary. NOTE If cleaning multiple ovens, use an entire bottle of water to clean each oven. Do not spray water directly on the door. Doing so will result in water (10 oz or 300 ml) dripping to the floor. 6 Close the oven door. Press EasyClean®. Press Start.
MAINTENANCE 47 This feature is not available in model LREL6321*. The Self Clean cycle uses extremely hot temperatures to clean the oven cavity. While running the Self Clean cycle, you may notice smoking or an odor. This is normal; especially if the oven is heavily soiled. During Self Clean, the kitchen should be well ventilated to minimize the odors from cleaning.
MAINTENANCE Setting Self Clean with a Delayed Start 1 Remove all racks and accessories from the oven. 2 Press the Self Clean button. The oven defaults to the recommended four-hour self clean for a moderately soiled oven. Press Self Clean button to set the time. 3 Press Start Time. 4 Model LREL6325* Use the number buttons to enter the time of day you would like the Self Clean to start.
MAINTENANCE 49 Painted and Decorative Trim For general cleaning, use a cloth with hot soapy water. For more difficult soil and built-up grease, apply a liquid detergent directly onto the soil. Leave it on for 30 to 60 minutes. Rinse with a damp cloth and dry. Do not use abrasive cleaners. NOTE When spraying on the glass surface, intermittent touch operation is possible. Stainless Steel Surfaces To avoid scratches, do not use steel wool pads.
MAINTENANCE Broiler Pan and Grid •• Do not store a soiled broiler pan or grid anywhere in the range. •• Do not clean the broiler pan or grid in a self-cleaning mode. •• Remove the grid from the pan. Carefully pour out the grease from the pan into a proper container. •• Wash and rinse the broiler pan and grid in hot water with a soap-filled or plastic scouring pad. •• If food has burned on, sprinkle the grid with cleaner while hot and cover with wet paper towels or a dishcloth.
MAINTENANCE 51 1 2 Firmly grasp both sides of the door at the top. With the door at the same angle as the removal position, seat the indentation of the hinge arms into the bottom edge of the hinge slots. The notch in the hinge arms must be fully seated into the bottom edge of the slots. 2 Unscrew the 2 screws on the back of the drawer. 2 screws 3 Lift the front of the drawer until the stops clear the guides. 4 Remove the drawer. TROUBLESHOOTING TROUBLESHOOTING Can I use aluminum foil to catch drippings in my oven cavity? FAQs Never use aluminum foil to line the bottom or sides of the oven or the warming drawer. The foil will melt and stick to the bottom surface of the oven and will not be removable. Use a sheet pan placed on a lower oven rack to catch drippings instead. (If foil has already melted onto the bottom of the oven, it will not interfere with the oven's performance.
TROUBLESHOOTING 53 Are there any tricks to getting some of the stubborn soils out? Children should be supervised around the range whenever it is in use, and after use until surfaces have cooled. You can also use the Lockout feature to help prevent children from accidentally turning on the cooktop or oven. The Lockout feature disables most control panel buttons and the cooktop control knobs. On some models, it also locks the oven door. Consult the Lockout section of your owner’s manual for details.
TROUBLESHOOTING Before Calling for Service Before you call for service, review this list. It may save you time and expense. The list includes common occurrences that are not the result of defective workmanship or materials in this appliance. Symptoms Possible Causes / Solutions •• Poor installation. Place oven rack in center of oven. Place a level on the oven rack. Adjust leveling legs at base of range until the oven rack is level. Range is not level.
TROUBLESHOOTING 55 Possible Causes / Solutions • Plug on range is not completely inserted in the electrical outlet. - Make sure electrical plug is plugged into a live, properly grounded outlet. • A fuse in your home may be blown or the circuit breaker tripped. Oven will not work - Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker. • The power supplied to the appliance must be 240V. If the voltage is lower than 240V, the oven will not work properly. • Oven controls improperly set.
TROUBLESHOOTING Symptoms Possible Causes / Solutions •• Aluminum foil used on the broiling pan and grid has not been fitted properly and slit as recommended. Food does not broil properly - See the Using the Oven section. •• In some areas the power voltage may be low. - Preheat the broil element for 5-7 minutes. - See the Broiling Guide. Oven temperature too hot or too cold Scratches or abrasions on cooktop surface •• Oven sensor needs to be adjusted.
TROUBLESHOOTING 57 Excessive smoking during a Self Clean cycle. Possible Causes / Solutions • Excessive soil. - Press the Clear/Off button. Open the windows to rid the room of smoke. Wait until the Self Clean mode is cancelled. Wipe up the excess soil and reset the clean. • Oven is too hot. Oven door does not open after a Self Clean cycle. - Allow the oven to cool below locking temperature. • Allow about one hour for the oven to cool after the completion of a Self Clean cycle.

14 INSTALACIÓN Instalación del dispositivo antivuelco ADVERTENCIA Primero verifique la dirección Riesgo de vuelco Es posible que un niño o un adulto inclinen la estufa y el vuelco consecuente les produzca la muerte. 50 MANTENIMIENTO Asadera y rejilla Retirar y reemplazar la puerta removible del horno y el cajón PRECAUCIÓN •• No guarde asaderas ni rejillas sucias en ninguna parte de la estufa. •• No limpie la asadera ni la rejilla en los modos de autolimpieza. •• Tenga cuidado cuando quite y levante la puerta. •• No levante la puerta de la manija. MANTENIMIENTO 51 Colocación de la puerta Tome firmemente ambos lados de la puerta desde la parte superior. 2 Con la puerta en el mismo ángulo que la posición de removido, apoye la hendidura de los brazos de las bisagras en el borde inferior de las ranuras de las bisagras. Las muescas de los brazos de las bisagras deben estar totalmente apoyadas en el borde inferior de las ranuras. Desatornillar los 2 tornillos que se encuentran en la parte trasera del cajón.

SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS 53 ¿Hay algún truco para eliminar algo de la suciedad rebelde? Los niños deben estar supervisados alrededor de la estufa cuando esté en uso, y después de su uso hasta que las superficies se hayan enfriado. También puede usar la función Bloqueo para poder prevenir que los niños enciendan accidentalmente la placa de cocción o el horno. La función Bloqueo desactiva la mayoría de los botones del panel de control y los diales de control de la placa de cocción.
