Initial Configuration and Operation
System Reboot
Press[Reboot]buttontorestartyoursystem.Ifthedevice
isnotworkingproperly,tryrestartingyoursystemwiththis
menu.
Backup & Restore
> Backup:AlloftheconfigurationitemsintheSettings
menucanbebackedup.
1. Press[Backup]button.Adownloadmessage
windowwillappear.
2. Press[Save]button.
3. Browsetothetargetdestinationfoldertosavethe
backupfileandinputthedesiredfilenameofthe
backupfile.
4. Savethebackupfilebyclickingonthe[Save]
button.
> Restore:Youcanrestoreyoursystemtothebackupstatus
whenthereareanaccidentalorerroneousadjustments
madeonthesettings.
1. Press[Browse]button.
2. Selectthebackupfileyouwishusetorestorethe
system.
3. Press[Restore]button.Aconfirmationmessage
windowwillshowup,andpress[OK]buttonto
initiatetherecoveryprocess.Thesystemwillbe
restoredtotheprevioussettingthatisbackupin,
andthecamerawillre-start.Shutdowntheweb
browserandconnecttothedeviceagain.
Note:
Thebackupandrecoveryfunctionalitiescanonlyworkwhen
thesystemthatyouwillapplythebackupfilehasthesame
firmwareversion.Thesefunctionalitiescannotbeusedfor
multi-layeredenvironmentorafirmwareupgrade.
