Things to Check before Reporting a Malfunction

line(publicIP),connectionfromoutsidemaybelimited.)
• Theroutersetupmaybelimitedwitharouterprovided
bytheISPfortheuseofbundledservices(IPTV/internet
phone).Inthiscase,contacttheISPtoensurethatthe
Web/RTSPportwillbesetforconnectionfromoutside.

menus(Audio&Video>Stream),andmakenecessary
changestoplaythevideo.
