Remove the chicken pieces completely from its wrapping. Place the

chicken. Pieces onto a microwave-safe rack over a plate or shallow dish.

During the program the oven will beep. At this point remove the chicken

pieces from the microwave oven and turn over. Press start to continue.

At the end of the program remove the chicken pieces from the

microwave oven, cover with foil and allow to stand for 5-10 minutes

hour or until completely thawed.

Separate the frozen bread into single pieces. Place in a single layer

directly on the microwave turntable. At the end of the program remove

the bread from the microwave oven, stand for

/2-1 minute.
