You can program your oven to switch from one power level to another for up to 2 stages. This feature lets you program a specific cook time and power. Refer to the table below for suggestions: Four defrost sequences are preset in the oven. The auto defrost feature provides you with the best defrosting method for frozen foods. The cooking guide will show you which defrost sequence is recommended for the food you are defrosting.
