Remove

mince

onto

a

microwave-safe

plate.

When

beeps,

at

this

point

remove

the

mince

from

the

microwave

oven,

turn

the

mince

over

and

return

to

the

microwave

oven.

Press

start

to

continue.

At

the

end

of

the

program

remove

the

mince

from

the

microwave

oven,

cover

with

foil

and

allow

to

stand

5-15

minutes

or

until

completely

thawed.
