peeled
potatoes,

eggs

milk

Method
1.
Cut
the
potatoes
into
slices
of

mm
to
4
mm
thickness.
Fill
the
dish
with
approximately
half
the
amount
of
potatoes
and
cover
with
about
half
of
the
cheese.

Add
the
remaining
potatoes
and
cover
with
the
remaining
cheese.

Mix
the
eggs,
cream
and
salt
together
and
pour
the
mixture
over
the
potatoes.
4.
Place
the
prepared
dish
on
the
rack.

cooking,

minutes.
