The

benefit

of

this

Quick

Defrost

feature

is

automatic

setting

and

control

of

defrosting,

but

just

like

conventional

defrosting

you

must

check

the

food

during

the

defrosting

time.

*

For

best

results,

remove

fish,

shellfish,

meat

and

poultry

from

its

original

paper

or

plastic

package(wrapper).

Otherwise,

the

wrap

will

hold

steam

and

juice

close

to

the

food

which

can

cause

the

outer

surface

of

the

food

to

cook.

*

Place

foods

in

a

shallow

glass

baking

dish

to

catch

drippings.

*

Food

should

still

be

some

what

icy

in

the

center

when

removed

from

the

oven.

*

After

defrosting,

let

stand

for

10

minutes

or

untill

thawed.
