For making the dough

Method :
1. Sift the flour, salt and mustard powder into a mixing bowl. Stir in the yeast and herbs. Set aside 1 tbsp of the cheese.
Add the rest to the flour mixture and make a well in the centre. Add the water with the fried onions and oil; gradually
incorporate the flour and mix to a soft dough, adding a little extra water if necessary.
2. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Divide the mixture in half and
roll each piece into a stick 30cm/12in in length.
3. Place each stick on grill tray. Keep the grill tray on rack. Select menu & press start.
4. When beeps, turn over the sticks & press start.

Method :
1. Sieve maida, baking powder, chilli powder and pepper powder. In a bowl add maida and butter and cheese and rub it
with fingertips till it resembles breadcrumbs. Add little cold water to make a soft dough. Roll it in to ½ c.m. roti and cut thin
strips. Twist them and put on grill tray. Keep the tray on rack.
2. Select menu & press start.
