Method :
1. Sieve maida, baking powder.
2. In a bowl add powdered sugar and butter and beat well. Add maida, essence and mix.
3. For spoon dropping consistency add milk or water. Pour in MWS glass bowl. Select menu & press start.
4. Stand for 3 minutes.

Method :
1. Mix boiled potatoes, peas, coriander leaves, chopped ginger, green chillies, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala &
chaat masala together. Prepare tikkis out of the mixture.
2. Grease the grill tray, arrange the tikkis. Keep the tray on rack. Select menu & weight & press start.
3. When beeps, turn over the tikkis. Press start.
4. When beeps, remove the tikkis.
5. Take the one bun piece, spread the tomato sauce, layer with cheese slice, place the tikkis, onion rings. Cover with
the other bun piece. To hold the burger together pierce a toothpick in the centre.
6. Keep the burger on tray & on the rack. Press start.
