HOW TO USE
Active Convection Guide
Active Convection menus are programmed.
Active Convection allows you to cook most of
your favourite food by selecting the food type and
the weight of the food.
NOTE
Active Convection
The following example will show you how to cook 1.0 kg
of roasted chicken with black pepper.

"At-3" appears on the display .

Press More three times to enter 1.0 kg

START/Q-START.
When cooking you can increase or decrease cooking
time by using
More or Less key.
Green Tea Thai Style Cup Cake
- Food Temp. : Room
- Utensil : Low rack
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups rice flour \ 1 tablespoon green tea powder
1 cup flower floating water \ 1 teaspoon green tea flavor
1/2 cup sugar \ 2 teaspoons yeast powder \ 2 teaspoons baking powder
1. Mix yeast, rice our, green tea powder together. Pour a bit of ower oating
water, knead until soft and water run out.
2. Add sugar, baking powder, green tea avor and knead again.
Cover for 1~2 hours.
3. Pour the mixture on the convection cups.
4. Place the cups on the low rack in the oven.
5. Choose the menu and press start to cook.
Pork with Pineapple
- Food Temp. : Refrigerated
- Utensil : Microwave-safe bowl
Ingredients
300 g pork neck \ 1 can pineapple sliced \ 2 cups pork stock
1 coriander \ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper corn, rough crushed
2 tablespoons coconut sugar \ 3 tablespoons soy sauce
1. Clean pork neck and cut to large pieces, drain.
2. In a large bowl, put the pork neck, sliced pineapple, soy sauce, pepper corn,
coconut sugar, coriander and stock.
3. Choose the menu and press start.
Roasted Chicken with Black Pepper
- Weight Limit : 0.8 ~ 1.8 kg
- Food Temp. : Refrigerated
- Utensil : Low rack On a drip dish
Ingredients
1 whole chicken, 1kg \ 1/4 cup black pepper corn, rough crushed
4 coriander roots, chopped \ 5 garlic cloves \ 5 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 tablespoons seasoning sauce \ 2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons dark soy sauce \ 1 teaspoon salt
1. Clean chicken and drain.
2. Seasoning chicken with black pepper corn, coriander root, garlic, oyster sauce,
seasoning sauce, sugar, dark soy sauce and salt.
3. Place the chicken on the low rack on a drip dish in the oven.
4. Choose the menu and weight, press start.
5. When beep, turn food over.
6. And then press start to continue cooking.
