Charcoal
1. Mix all ingredients given under marinade. Rub the marinade well all over the chicken pieces & let it marinade for 2-3 hours.
3. Now keep the tawa on low rack. Select category & weight & press start (Pre-heat mode).
4. Keep the marinated chicken pieces on tawa. Press start.
5. When beeps, turn over the chicken pieces & press start.
6. When beeps, sprinkle chaat masala & serve with Pudina chutney & onion rings.
