Method :
1. In a MWS bowl add oil & brinjal. Cover. Select category & weight and press start.
2. When beeps, remove & in another MWS bowl add oil, mustard & cumin seeds, curry leaves & chopped ginger. Press start.
3. When beeps, add brinjal, curd & salt. Mix well & press start.

Method :
1. In a MWS bowl add ½ cup water. Place the fish pieces on the MWS flat glass dish. Cover. Keep the dish in MWS bowl. Select
category and press start.
2. When beeps, remove & mash the fish. In a MWS bowl, add oil, chopped onions, mashed fish, red chilli powder, garam masala,
haldi, salt. Cover and press start.

Method :
1. Wash & soak rice, urad daal & soyabeans granules for 4 hours.
2. Grind, mix & ferment for 8 to 10 hours. Grind the mixture to paste consistency. (You an use the same batter for making 4, 5, 6,
7, 8 idlies)
3. Grease idli in MWS bowl with little oil. Put idli batter in it. Add ½ cup water in MWS bowl. Keep the idli stand in MWS bowl &
cover. Select category & number and press start.
4. When beeps, remove. In a microwave safe bowl add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves & chopped vegetables. Press start.
5. When beeps, mix well. Add red chilli powder, tomato sauce, water. Mix well. Add the idlies. Mix well to coat the idlies with
sauce. Cover & press start.
