Choose steak of 200g weight and 2.5cm thickness each.
Season with salt and pepper or as desired.
Place food on the rack on the metal tray.
Choose the menu and weight, press start.
When BEEP, turn food over.
And then press start to continue cooking.
After cooking, serve immediately.
