Brush chicken pieces with oil or seasonings, if desired.
Place food on the rack on the metal tray.
Choose the menu and weight, press start.
When BEEP, turn food over. And then press start to continue cooking.
After cooking, remove from the oven and stand for 10 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper and oil or as desired.
Place food on the rack on the metal tray.

Brush the chicken with oil.
