AUTO DEFROST MENU INSTRUCTIONS

Remove the meat completely from it’s wrapping.
Place the mince onto a microwave- safe rack over
a
plate or shallow dish. During the program the ove
n
will beep and display turn food over. At this poin
t
remove the mince from the microwave, remove an
y
defrosted mince to a plate, cover and set aside
.
Turn the frozen mince over and return to th
e
microwave oven. Press start to continue. At the en
d
of the program remove the mince from th
e
microwave oven, cover with foil and allow to stan
d
5- 20 minutes or until completely thawed
.

Using thin strips of foil, shield the fatty areas with th

foil, making sure the foil is secure. Place the mea
t
onto a microwave- safe rack over a plate or shallo

dish. During the program the oven will beep an

display ‘turn food over’. At this point remove th
e
meat from the microwave, remove any defroste
d
steak or chops to a plate, cover and set aside. Tur
n
the meat over and return to the microwave oven
.

remove the meat from the microwave oven, cove

with foil and allow to stand 5- 30 minutes or unti
l
completely thawed
