Disc menu
language
selection
You can select the
language
of the disc menu
messages
of DVDs.
(If
the selected
language
is contained in the
disc.)
1. Press the SETUP button and then use the Δ
/
Ε
button to
select Menu
Language.
2. Press the
Γ
button and then
Δ
/
Ε
button to select
your
desired
language.
3. Press the OK button.
The menu on screen
displays
will
appear
in the selected lan-
guage.
4. Press the SETUP button to resume normal
playback.
Parental control
setting
Some discs are
specified
not suitable for children. Such discs can
be
prevented
from
play
back with the set.
1. Press the SETUP button and then use the
Δ
/
Ε
button to
select
Rating
Level.
2. Press the
Γ
button and then use NUMBER buttons to
input
a 4-
digit password.
Be sure to remember this number!
3. Press the
Δ
/
Ε
button to select from the level 0 to level 8. The
limitation will be more severe as the level number is
upper.
0: Unlock
1: Kids
2: G
(General audience)
3: PG
(Parental
guidance suggested)
4: PG-13
(13
years
and
older)
5: PG-r
6: R
(Restricted)
7: NC-17
(18
years
and
older)
8: Adult
(Adults
only)
4. Press the SETUP button to resume normal
playback.
Note
: If
you
forgot
your
password, press
'7', '7', '7',
'7'
on the
Communicator.
