Turning on Bluetooth and pairing up your
phone with a Bluetooth device
Youmustpairupyourdevicewithanother
devicebeforeyouconnecttoit.
1 Touch >System settings>Set
BluetoothtoONfromtheWIRELESS&
NETWORKStab.
2 TaptheBluetoothmenuagain.Your
phonewillscanforanddisplaytheIDs
ofallavailableBluetoothdevicesthatare
inrange.Ifthedeviceyouwanttopair
withisn'tonthelist,makesurethetarget
deviceissettobediscoverable,thentap
Search for devicesagain.
3 Choosethedeviceyouwanttopairup
withfromthelist.
Oncetheparingissuccessful,yourdevice
willconnecttothedevice.
NOTE:Somedevices,especially
headsetsorhands-freecarkits,may
haveafixedBluetoothPIN,suchas
0000.IftheotherdevicehasaPIN,you
mustenterit.
Send data using the Bluetooth wireless
feature
1 Selectafileoritem,suchasacontact,
calendarevent,ormediafile,froman
appropriateapplicationorDownloads.
2 Selectanoptionforsendingdatavia
Bluetooth.
NOTE:Themethodforselectingan
optionmayvarybydatatype.
3 SearchforandpairwithaBluetooth-
enableddevice.
