TROUBLESHOOTING BEFORE CALLING FOR SERVICE
If abnormality is occurred, confirm the following items in advance before requesting to the
customer care center.
Symptom Confirmation Procedures
Air Purifier will
not start.
Is the power plug unplugged?
• Whether a power cut occur?
Whether the front panel open
or not?
Plug the power properly.
Retrieve working when power
cut finish.

opened, operation cannot be
performed. Close it completely.

• Is the using location too wide?

where air flows freely?
- Ventilate the area to use the
product.
- Clean the Dual Protection
Filter.
- Use the product that fits the
room size.
(Avoid using it where it
is ventilated well such as
entrance, window etc.)
- Remove any obstacles.
- Move and install at a different
location.

- Assemble the humidifier filter
hook and tray assembly part
by aligning them.
- Clean the humidifier filter and
tray with citric acid.
- Firmly lock the humidifier filter
case and cover.
