Audio
CD
and MP3
Operation
Playing
an Audio
CD
or MP3 file
The recorder can
play
audio CDs and MP3 files on
HDD, CD-ROM,
CD-R or CD-RW discs. Before
playing
MP3
files,
read "Notes on MP3
Recordings"
on
page
8.

Press
HOME.
The HOME menu
appears.

Select
a
media that contains
MP3 or
audio title
then
press
ENTER.

Select
'MUSIC'
option
then
press
ENTER.
The Audio CD or Music menu
appears
on the TV
screen.

Use
v/V
to select
a
track then
press
N
(PLAY).
Playback
starts.
During playback,
the current track's
elapsed playing
time will
appear
on the front
panel display
and
menu.
Playback
will
stop
at the end of the disc.

If
you
select an MP3 file and
press
DISPLAY,
detailed file information is
displayed.
If
you
select
a folder and
press
DISPLAY,
the number of sub-
folders and number of MP3 files in the folder are
displayed.
If
you
are in a file list and want to return to the
Folder
list,
use the v /
V
to
highlight
and
press
ENTER to return to the
previous
menu
screen.

To
stop playback
at
any
time,
press
STOP.
ip
You can create new folder. Select 'New Folder'
option
on the Music-HDD menu then
press
ENTER.
"NONAME##" folder is created.

1. Select an MP3 file
you
wish to erase on the Music
menu.

Use the MARKER button to select
multiple
tracks.
2. Press ENTER.
The menu
options appear
on the left side of the
menu.
3. Select 'Delete'
option
then
press
ENTER.
The selected
file(s)
is deleted from HDD.
