Operating the outdoor sensor
♦ Open the battery compartmentg on the back of the device by
sliding the battery compartment coverh in the direction of the ar-
row.
♦ Insert two type AAA batteries as indicated in the battery compart-
mentg.
♦ Close the battery compartmentg again. The indicator LEDa lights
up briefly and the current temperature is shown on the displayp.
Afterwards, the indicator LEDa lights up once per minute to
indicate that transmission is in progress.
Operating the temperature station
♦ Open the battery compartmentu on the back of the device by
removing the battery compartment coveri.
♦ Insert two type AAA batteries as indicated in the battery
compartmentu.
♦ Close the battery compartmentu again.
Once the power supply has been established, the display4 will
light up and go through a brief check of the display elements.
The temperature station will now attempt to connect to the outdoor
sensor. The reception icon
flashes on the outdoor temperature
panel r.
Once the temperature station has successfully connected to the outdoor
sensor, the reception icon
turns off and the outdoor temperature is
shown.
