Store the headphones in the charging/storage box[7].
Prolonged storage: To prevent battery deterioration, the rechargeable
battery has to be charged at least once every 12 months.

= Fault
= Possible cause
= Action
= No functions
= Battery drained.
= Recharge the battery as described in “Charging the charging/storage
box battery“.
= No Bluetooth connection
= Error operating the headphones.
= Switch the headphones off and on again.
= Bluetooth device error.
= Separate the connection to the headphones. Reconnect.
= Check if the headphones work in combination with another Bluetooth
device.
= Bluetooth connection error.
= Move closer to the device connected via Bluetooth.
