Defrosting
Refrigerator compartment:
The refrigerator compartment defrosts automatical-
ly. The water that forms on the rear wall drains into
a reservoir at the back of the appliance and evapo-
rates automatically through the compressor heat.
Freezer compartment:
TheNoFrostsystemautomaticallydefroststhe
freezer compartment. Any moisture will collect on
the evaporator and freeze. It will periodically defrost
and evaporate.

• Openthebottomfreezerdrawerandremovethe
ventilation grille by pulling forwards - Figure 25.
The grille is supported magnetically so no tool is
required for removing.
• ResettheairfilterLED.
Refer to chapter Setup Mode -
= Reset air
filter LED.
• Pushdownthebuttonoftheairfilter,tilttothe
front and remove - Figure 26.
Cleaning the Air Filter
• Cleanthefilterinadishwasherorbyhandwith
lukewarm water and dishwasher detergent.
• Installtheairfilterinthereverseorder.
• Installtheventilationgrille.
The grille has bolts on the inside (see detail in
Fig. 27). These bolts must be inserted into the
holes of the supports.
