The height of the cabinet door is calculated as follows:

Total cabinet height (i. e., 69-21/32 in. (1769.5 mm))
plus the thickness of the cover plate and floor plate

+ 3/4 in. = 71-5/32 in. ( 1769.5 mm + 19 mm + 19 mm =
1807.5 mm )
