4. Motors — Maintenance Free
5. Clean Duct Work if Required
The duct work running to and from the ERV may accumulate dirt. Wipe and vacuum the duct
once every year. You may wish to contact a heating/ventilation company to do this.
6. General Maintenance - Twice a Year
Wipe down the inside of the cabinet with a damp cloth to remove dirt, bugs and debris that
may be present.
