2. Seat Cushion and Seat Post Installation
Remove three M8 Nylon Nuts (27) and three Ø8xØ16x1.5 Washers (10) and from underside
of the Seat Cushion (61). Remove nylon nuts with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips
Screwdriver provided.
Guide bolts on underside of the Seat Cushion (61) through holes on top of the Seat Post (5),
attach with three removed M8 Nylon Nuts (27) and three Ø8xØ16x1.5 Washers (10).
Tighten nylon with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided.
Slide the Seat Post Cover (59) onto the Main Frame (1). Insert the Seat Post (5) into the
Seat Post Bushing (53).
Adjust the seat position and insert the M16x1.5 Seat Post Knob (48). Turn the M16x1.5
Seat Post Knob (48) in the clockwise direction to tighten.
