How to Install the Batteries: 1. Remove the battery cover at the rear of computer. 2. Place two "AA" size batteries into the battery housing. 3. Insure batteries are correctly positioned and battery springs are proper contact with batteries. 4. Re-install the battery cover. 5. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Install the Front Stabilizer. Attach the Front Stabilizer (2) onto the front curve plate of Main Frame (1) with two M8x52 Carriage Bolts (22), M8x16x1.2 Washers (39), M8 Spring Washers (37), and M8 Nylon Nuts (30). Finally, cover the M8 Nylon Nuts (30) with two M8xØ19 Bolt Caps (71). 1 30 71 37 2 39 1 2. Install the Rear Stabilizer. Attach the Rear Stabilizer (3) onto the rear end of the Main Frame (1) with four M8x15 Bolts (21), M8 Spring Washers (37), and M8x16x1.
4. Install the Seat Cushion, Seat Post and Left/Right Seat Sliding Tubes. Release both M8 Nuts (92) just a little bit from underneath of the Seat Cushion (69) and then attach the Seat Sliding Tube (6) with Seat Post (5) onto the hole that underneath of the Seat Cushion (69). Tighten both M8 Nuts (92) after adjustment. Attach the Seat Height Adjusting Knob (62) onto the tube of Main Frame (1) on the Seat Post Cover (78) by turning it in a clockwise direction.
TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE 1. 2. Verify that all the bolts and nuts are locked properly and the turning parts should be turned freely without damaged parts. WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE A good exercise program consists of a warm-up, aerobic exercise, and a cool down. SIDE STRETCHES Open your arms to the side and lift them until they are over your head. Reach your right arm as far toward the ceiling as you can for one count. Repeat this action with your left arm. QUADRICEPS STRETCH With one hand against a wall for balance, reach behind you and pull your right foot up. Bring your heel as close to your buttocks as possible. Hold for 15 counts and repeat with left foot. INNER THIGH STRETCH Sit with the soles of your feet together and your knees pointing outward.
TOE TOUCHES Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting your back and shoulders relax as you stretch toward your toes. Reach as far as you can and hold for 15 counts. HAMSTRING STRETCHES Extend your right leg. Rest the sole of your left foot against your right inner thigh. Stretch toward your toe as far as possible. Hold for 15 counts. Relax and then repeat with left leg. CALF/ACHILLES STRETCH Lean against a wall with your left leg in front of the right and your arms forward.
