Message is announced.

plays: “Your Help Button is now out of power and
will shut down. Please charge your device as soon
as possible. This alarm will self cancel once the
battery charge reaches an acceptable level.

Yes. A silent Maintenance Signal is sent to
the Response Center by the End Device from
anywhere wireless signal is available on the AT&T
wireless network. Upon receiving the Maintenance
Signal, the Response Center stores the status
information but no direct action is taken.
