Tip-over protection
Protection against overheating
This heater is protected with a safety switch that automatically shuts the unit o if the heater tips
over, or is tilted too much. This helps prevent accidents. The heater will work again when it is put
back upright.
This heater is protected with an overheat protection device that automatically shuts o the device
in case of severe overheating. In this case, unplug it, wait about 30 minutes to allow the heater to
cool down and remove any possible cause of overheating, e.g. something covering the heater.
Check for damage to the unit, cord and plug. If there is no damage, reconnect the unit and turn it
on as described above. If the heater still does not turn on, contact customer service for assistance.

7. Maintenance
Store the Electric heater in a dry, clean place. Do not store in extremely high or low temperatures.
(lower than 1°C or higher than 45°C)
1. Always unplug the heater and allow it to cool before cleaning.
2. Wipe the outer surface of the heater occasionally with a soft, damp
cloth (not dripping wet) and dry the outer surface before using the heater.
WARNING:
Do not immerse the heater in water.
Do not use cleaning agents such as abrasives. Do not allow the inside to
get wet as this may cause a hazard.
3. To store the heater, place the heater back in its original packaging and
store in a clean, dry place.
4. In case of malfunction or doubt, do not attempt to repair the heater
yourself, this may cause a re hazard or electric shock.
