FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q. I can’t find the power cord and remote control. Where is it located? A. The chair’s accessories are located packed together on the underneath of the chair, tied to the frame body. Q. My chair does not recline/lift. Why? A. On the remote control you must PUSH and HOLD the UP or DOWN button. Q. Can the heating feature be used independently? A. Yes, the heating function can be used with or without massage mode. Q.

To avoid damage, assemble this product on a non-abrasive surface such as carpet. This product is intended for residential use only. Commercial applications are not permitted. Please make sure you have all parts before assembly.
Step 1 Place the Seat (A) on its back on a flat smooth surface. Locate the chair’s transformer (C) & wire plug (D) and remote control (E) from the bottom of the seat. Step 2 2A. Connect the corresponding (F) wires on the back of the chair backrest (B) to chair bottom (A) 2B. Attach backrest (B) to main frame (A) by aligning the metal grooves on backrest to brackets on the main frame as shown.
Step 3 A. Connect the wires (B), (C), and (D) from the chair to the corresponding control module wire. B. Connect the remote control wire (A) to the control module, and Power Adapater wire (E) to the control module.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS • Press Power Button to start the massage. The unit will automatically cycle from massage modes 1. The unit will power off in 10 minutes unless changed. The unit’s default intensity is set to LOW unless changed. • Press Power Button to POWER OFF the unit. • Press INTENSITY button on the remote control to cycle the massage intensity. The indicator light strength on the remote control will increase from LOW to HIGH.

Move the chair into the reclining position slowly, making sure that no children or pets are in close proximity. Do not allow children to play on or around the chair, particularly when it is in the reclined position. Close the recliner completely before standing. Never sit on the footrest when it is extended.
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY The manufacturer warrants this unit against defects in materials and workmanship on functional parts, for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase. Your sales receipt showing the date of purchase of the product is your proof of purchase. Keep it in a safe place for future reference. This warranty is subject to personal use only, commercial or rental applications will not be covered.
